Pipedrive Review – Reviews

The abbreviation "CRM" (Customer Relationship Management) is translated into French as "GRC" (Gestion de la relation client). These software tools serve businesses in managing projects and clients through reliable systems, processes, and procedures. Among the hundreds of available CRM software, some have made a name for themselves in project management such as: Salesforce, ClickUp, HubSpot, Zoho, or monday.com. The following will introduce a very popular software called "Pipedrive" that is used in nearly 200 countries and by just under 100,000 clients worldwide.

Pipedrive is a simple and very affordable CRM software. This customizable tool, which integrates with various third-party applications, will help you maximize your business sales while allowing you to focus on the most important ones. One of the most interesting things about Pipedrive is that it keeps you informed about the progress or statuses of ongoing deals. The dashboard presents important statistics that allow you to analyze trends and opportunities to improve your sales processes. There is a feature related to activities and goals that lets you set tasks based on the company’s needs. These tasks can be linked, synchronized, and shared to your calendar or your team's calendar. A direct conversation that can lead to your website is also available so that you can connect with potential representatives. This CRM, ideal for small businesses, marketing teams, and sales teams, is recognized for the accessibility of its technical support available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Although Pipedrive does not seem to have phone support, you can start a direct chat or email their technical support team at – support@pipedrive.com.

Here are the main features of Pipedrive:

  • Internal chat integration

  • Email marketing

  • Client and contact database

  • Task management

  • Automations

  • Calendar system

  • Lead qualification

  • Functions for real estate, NGOs

  • Mobile access

  • Alerts/notifications

  • Data analysis and collection

Although very effective and easy to use, Pipedrive still has some aspects that could be improved, such as the limitation of its features or the fact that no free plan is available long-term. Pipedrive's pricing includes several options that can be cheaper by using an annual payment method:

Monthly Payments:

  • Essential: $18 per month / per user

  • Advanced: $33 per month / per user

  • Professional: $59 per month / per user

  • Enterprise: $119 per month / per user

Annual Payments:

  • Essential: $12.50 per year / per user

  • Advanced: $24.90 per year / per user

  • Professional: $49.90 per year / per user

  • Enterprise: $99 per year / per user

Reviews about Pipedrive software are very similar across the web. Indeed, many suggest that Pipedrive is mainly made for small businesses, that its adoption is super fast, and that its interface is very well designed.

My team just started using it through the free trial. They loved it from the very beginning of its adoption. It’s one of the best interfaces I’ve ever seen. The best aspect is the speed at which data can be entered. There’s no excuse for not recording each client and/or company interactions. The first impression of Pipedrive is good. My team is making progress in their transition.

Pipedrive is ideal for sales. It can take a little time to customize, but with a bit of patience, it can be an outstanding tool.

I use it for transaction tracking, to use extra features, and to customize it further. It works very well so far. It can take some time to set it up for your business. For example, I have a view of all the transactions I'm writing a document on and another view for prospects. Search for "Pipedrive coupon code", there will be public codes allowing you to have a 45-day free trial code on their site.

Reviews find Pipedrive's organization methods very easy to use. Moreover, even in case of difficulty, the technical support will be able to assist you at any time and quickly.

I have used Pipedrive for about three months. It’s not very expensive and does the job well for a team of two. I like how info can be organized and that the technical support is so accessible.

It’s very beneficial for companies with sales departments. It’s easy to communicate throughout the company regarding the progress of potential sales and each client. However, for companies with many trials, this can be problematic. This is because in the main aspect of a SAAS, there’s automation. Indeed, it is possible to automate Pipedrive with Zapier, however, I find it ineffective and that it’s more of a hassle than useful.

In conclusion, Pipedrive is definitely one of the most popular tools in the CRM family. Obviously, it has its advantages and disadvantages like all software. Among these advantages, there is the visual approach to managing sales and the ability to customize the different tabs on its dashboard. As disadvantages, we will mainly note the lack of accessible features in the low-priced plans and the limitation of external applications that can be integrated into Pipedrive. Finally, if you are in doubt about integrating Pipedrive into your business, it is recommended that you look into other CRM software in order to compare them as objectively as possible.
