Digital Transformation Advisor – Sales Profile

We are looking for a professional who wants to evolve in an environment focused on Growth, Authenticity, Transparency, Professionalism, and Leadership. Technology and software are part of daily life, especially in the Efficiency Studio... and it is for this Studio that we are actively seeking colleagues!

What is a Digital Transformation Advisor – Sales Profile?

Your role is to understand the mechanics and organizational structure of our clients' businesses to propose SAAS solutions (Pipedrive, Monday, and API) to enable them to become more efficient. Our mandates range from simple one-day workshops to 1 to 2-week Sprints to projects that take several months to complete.

One thing is certain, you will continually work in a team, so your soft skills (AKA: emotional intelligence) must be sharp. We help businesses in both the human and technological aspects… in other words, people are always at the center of our interventions.

Our pipeline is well filled, no cold prospecting will be necessary unless you enjoy it and want to do it (Bonuses for this type of contract are higher)

Salary discussions are open and communicated since we have a pre-established salary structure.
