The handy thing to avoid going crazy in business – Uncensored

The way of doing business is changing. The way of doing marketing is changing. The way of making sales is changing. Everything is changing, and it's changing fast in c****s. The subsidies, the rules, the markets…it's hard to know whether we are on the edge of a big shitshow or if the Great Reset from the WEF will be what the planet has needed for a long time. One thing is certain, the captains of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are in the midst of a very brutal economic and social storm, and it's with both hands on the helm that they will manage to get through it…with a good plan and a compass.
The Extremes of the Extreme
Yes. We are in extremes. I feel like businesses are either on top of the wave, speeding towards an explosion of their revenue, or in the trough, trying to survive the next wicked wave (it's big, that one)…and too often, it's tied to government announcements. I am lucky and privileged; I am one of the entrepreneurs who is currently in a good position: I have a company in the technology field.
Why am I lucky to work in the technology field? Most companies that are doing well need to implement new solutions within their organization, remote work required. Also, we help businesses with their online commerce.
In short, we understand each other. Another thing, 20% of our mandates involve helping with recruitment. Some companies we work with are experiencing such explosive growth that their efforts are almost solely focused on talent acquisition (technology, transportation, etc).
I haven't yet talked about how to survive all this…I'm managing, and I'll warn you, there's nothing sexy about it.

Face the Wave, and Deal with It.
I know that for many of us, those who have inherited the incurable mental illness that is “entrepreneurship,” you are heading towards the death of your business. That has already been my case. I'm telling you this because it's important that you know my journey, and that I have expertise in this area.
I lost everything in 2014: business, friends, money, girlfriend, and self-esteem. I was 26 at the time. I had decided to start a not-so-legit project in the cannabis industry and I lost a lot of money, in addition to that of investors. I didn't have children at the time, but when you lose everything, including your friends…hitting rock bottom is hitting rock bottom. There is no longer a level of “misfortune” after a certain point.
As Monte Cristo said:
“There is neither happiness nor unhappiness in this world; there is only the comparison of one state to another, that's all. Only he who has experienced extreme misfortune is capable of feeling extreme happiness.”
Before my ship sank for good and I took a small boat to go to Panama to live for almost a year, in 2013, I made the biggest mistake in the world: I told myself a mountain of lies, ultimately finding hope in my lies. Not too effective…It’s even self-destructive as an approach. It’s a ticking time bomb. There, you've been reading for 3-4 minutes now, the next segment is what interests you: the trick.
Map Your Business and Your Mind
Another phrase full of wisdom: “Speculation is the mother of all evil.” What Gordon Gekko says in the movie Wall Street (1987) has never made more sense. Planning, for better or for worse, is the best thing you can do…especially with the help of an expert.
I read in Olivier Lambert's book that planning causes our brains to secrete dopamine. In other words, it's good to plan, but so what? What does planning bring?
I don't know many entrepreneurs who don't experience at least a minimum of anxiety. Sometimes, before going to bed, I try to count my receivables, my payables, I calculate how much I
