How to create content quickly?

Over the last 50 days, I have written 85,000 words of quality content for our website and social media. I also had a business to manage at the same time, I had to meet clients and execute lead generation campaigns as well. How did I manage to do this without neglecting the important aspects for the smooth functioning of my business? I used a method that I call " the virtuous circle of content marketing" . Or the content virtuous circle, if you prefer. Here’s how to create content quickly!
Why create content?
Good content is essentially linked to any serious lead generation strategy. As people are becoming increasingly skeptical about everything happening on the Internet, you need to have a very professional approach. To succeed in converting web traffic into leads, you must be able to demonstrate your expertise to your audience.
However, the work is far from stopping there!
When you generate leads, you also need to succeed in converting them into clients. To do this, you will need to engage in lead nurturing and automated marketing. Content is essential for these types of strategies.
What do we mean by content?
Content includes blogs, articles, videos, graphics, eBooks, case studies, etc. These elements are created primarily to educate your audience. Educating your audience comes with extraordinary benefits: not only will you increase your audience’s trust in your business, but you will also decrease their skepticism. Additionally, it is highly likely that the time needed to educate your clients about the benefits of your products and services will greatly decrease.
The benefits of content on organic SEO
I firmly believe in efforts that pay off very well in the long term. If you are like me, you will greatly enjoy content marketing. The more content you create, the more you will appear in search engine results. We will discuss this in more detail later in this article.
Step 1: Plan your content creation
To be hyper-efficient in content creation, it is essential to set aside at least four-hour blocks solely dedicated to this activity. Personally, I pushed this to 24 hours over three days. It was undoubtedly the time I was most efficient.
By focusing our attention on one task at a time, we quickly become much more efficient, especially in writing. Sorry ADHD folks, it’s a fact!
Plan the content of our content (lol)
By blocking off a minimum of four hours in your schedule, you can then start planning the topics covered in your content. If you’re unsure where to start, here’s an example of the method I use to never run out of conversation topics.

By following this method, I manage to write at an extremely fast pace. A real machine! As the topics flow and follow one another, it requires much less creativity or research to successfully create blog articles, case studies, etc.
Use an efficient writing tool
Of course, you can write your blog articles on Word or directly in your website. However, over time, I tried several writing and note-taking software. I have worked with Evernote, Paper (by Dropbox), and finally, Notion.so.
Notion is by far the best tool (and by far) that I have used so far. Essentially, it is a documentation tool that also serves basic project management. The SaaS software allows you to create your own internal Wiki. And the best part? It’s so easy to use!
I write each of my articles in Notion before putting them on our web platform. Firstly, it is much easier to find my way around, but more importantly, it acts as a backup.
Here’s what it looks like:

Step 2: Create content with the virtuous circle of content marketing
Most of my acquaintances seem to believe that I am on Facebook (and social media more generally) 24/7.
Why?
Because I post up to 12 times a day (yes, yes!) Yet, generally, I never spend more than 20 minutes a day across all platforms. I have simply developed my technique to maximize my time.
Here’s how I proceed: I start by writing a blog article. If I notice that a part of my article can become a long post, I copy that part into a special section of Notion. Generally, I always have one or two parts of each article that could become long posts. Afterwards, our graphic designer takes care of illustrating the points made in the article. On average, we create three to five visuals per article.
Moreover, if the article could be supported by a short video (less than 10 minutes), I do it immediately.
When I have a few articles that discuss the same subject, I gather them together to create an eBook. With visuals already created, we just add a few more hours, and our graphic designer creates a super professional-looking eBook.
The 85,000 words I wrote gave us a lot of content. This allowed us to add 25 blog articles to our website, in addition to three case studies, a FAQ section, and a glossary in progress. I also revised certain pages and added more descriptions.
But that’s not all! By combining all our content, we created two eBooks, 80 visuals, and most importantly, four different online courses.
How can quickly creating content impact your organic SEO?
SEO is still a long-term job that many businesses cannot afford. Ranking on the first page of Google searches takes an average minimum of six months. However, generally, we’re talking more about two years to reach the top.
For me, SEO is an extremely relevant side effect of content creation. However, I do not believe that putting 100% of your energy into creating content to achieve a better position on Google is a good thing.
When the content used to educate your audience starts ranking well on Google, the effects can be phenomenal. *Disclaimer: I have not yet reached the stage of ranking well on search engines, but I make progress every day!
This is when the virtuous circle of content creation makes perfect sense. As you increase the volume of created content, you will notice a certain attraction towards your brand through social media. Eventually, your content will rank on Google, and you will benefit even more from this attraction. By using the revenue generated by your traffic and reinvesting it into content creation, the cumulative effect will eventually become exponential.
On our side, our attraction on social media has become incredible, and this is only after six weeks of content creation. The complete case study is available here.
